We'll have food and non-alcoholic drinks as well as activities for kids. If you need specific food or drink accomindations feel free to bring whatever works for you and your family. Otherwise just bring yourselves!

We are located about 30 minutes south of the UNC Charlotte campus, between Charlotte and Gastonia.

​

Traffic coming out of Charlotte and into Gaston Co. is significant during rush hour so either plan extra time or come later in the evening.

The plan right now is to have a taco bar because... easy and affordable. We'll do our best to offer options that accommodate different needs but feel free to bring your own snacks if that's easier. We'll be happy to throw something in the fridge for you.

We'll be providing a variety of non-alcoholic drinks because kids. Feel free to BYOB, though! 

We're planning on 5pm-9pm to allow folks to drop by between other plans or festivities. 

We'll have all 5 kids, so families are definitely welcome. We'll have some bubbles and other simple kids activities set up in the back yard from 5pm-7pm. So if you're bringing kids consider coming by earlier in the evening. If you're looking for more of an adult vibe, plan to come later in the evening.  

Street parking is allowed in the neighborhood but if Overlook gets crowded, consider parking on Edmund Dean Dr.
